Dear Everyone in Ceramics MW 2:30,

Although class officially starts up again tomorrow, I will only take attendance on Monday morning for work posted to our blog, https://introceramicsspring2020.blogspot.com// during the previous week... in other words, I will take 2 attendance records on Monday, March 30th for work you post during the next 7 days.  Use this week to get up and running..., post on the blog, watch my how to videos, etc. Show progress images or a finished image(s) of what you are working on.

If you need an internet connection, your phone can work as a hotspot feeding wifi to your laptop... Even if you have 2 bars of strength, it will work.  Read about that here.  If you feel you might run out of data, there are thousands of free wifi spots in CT through your cable TV provider.  If you aren't too far from New Haven, you could even use Albertus wifi sitting in your car if you had to... If you have any tech questions or concerns, please let me know ASAP so I can solve them for you!

In terms of posting to the blog, I want you to keep going with your clay making.   I need you to set up your Google Drive right away this week and share it with me. Take a moment to check that and share it with me using jnevins@albertus.edu if you haven't done so already.  I posted a short video on the blog on how to do that.  The main thing is to pick up or order your clay and have it at home sooner than later… If precious time is lost with your not having clay, then it gets harder to make it up.
